One of the most comprehensive blended learning solutions I have developed in the last few years was the Activate! Sales Training series for Cellular One and Dobson Communications, prior to their merger with AT&T. I wrote and conducted six online modules followed by a series of one-day and half-day classroom sessions which ran in parallel with training in coaching skills for managers. This formed the basis for new-hire training and skills reinforcement. It is highly acclaimed, and I have mountains of positive participant feedback for any interested party to read.
